The rotating basket is ideal for foods that require constant movement for even cooking, such as fries or popcorn. To install, open the air fryer door, align the basket's shaft with the rotisserie slots inside the oven, and secure it. Activate the rotation function via the control panel if available.

Rotisserie Spit

For roasting whole chickens or larger items. Skewer the food onto the rotisserie spit, ensuring it is balanced. Insert the spit into the rotisserie slots inside the air fryer and secure it. Select the rotisserie function on the control panel.

Drip Tray

Always place the drip tray at the bottom of the air fryer to catch any oil or food drippings. This helps keep the interior clean and prevents smoke.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your air fryer, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Appliance does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check the circuit breaker.
  • Food is not cooked evenly: Ensure the food is not overcrowded. Shake or turn food halfway through cooking. Use the rotating basket for appropriate items.
  • White smoke coming from the appliance: This may indicate excess oil or grease dripping onto the heating element. Ensure the drip tray is clean and in place. Reduce the amount of oil used.
  • Appliance smells during first use: A slight odor is normal during the first few uses as manufacturing residues burn off. Ensure good ventilation.
  • Overheat protection activated: If the appliance suddenly stops, it may have overheated. Unplug it and let it cool down for at least 30 minutes before restarting.

If the problem persists after attempting these solutions, please contact customer support.
