2. Safety Instructions
Always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical appliances to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons.

- A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation.

- Do not cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven.

Control Panel:

4. Setup
Before first use, ensure the oven is properly set up for safe and optimal performance.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Dispose of packaging materials responsibly.
- Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 10-15 cm) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place it near flammable materials.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash the grill rack and drip tray in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- First Use Burn-off: Plug the oven into a grounded electrical outlet. Turn the temperature knob to 230°C and the function knob to 'Convection'. Set the timer to 15 minutes. This will burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.

5. Operating Instructions
The Necchi NKS22 oven offers 6 cooking programs and precise temperature and time control.
Cooking Programs:
Use the Function Selector Knob to choose from the following:
- Grill with Convection: Ideal for even grilling and browning with air circulation.
- Upper Grill with Convection: For top-down grilling with fan assistance.
- Double Grill: Uses both upper and lower heating elements for intense grilling.
- Rotisserie with Upper Grill: For roasting meats on the rotisserie spit with top heat.
- Rotisserie with Double Grill and Convection: Combines rotisserie with full heating and fan for thorough cooking.
- Convection (Fan Only): For baking and roasting with even heat distribution.
General Operation:
- Place food on the grill rack or drip tray. Ensure the drip tray is always used when cooking fatty foods to catch drippings.
- Close the double glass doors securely.
- Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature (90°C - 230°C).
- Turn the Function Selector Knob to the desired cooking program.
- Turn the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes). The oven will start heating, and the power indicator light will illuminate.
- When the set time expires, the oven will automatically turn off, and a bell will sound.
- To stop cooking manually, turn the Timer Knob to 'OFF'.
- Carefully remove cooked food using oven mitts.
6. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and performance of your oven.
- Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Interior Cleaning: For light cleaning, wipe the interior with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for conventional ovens can be used, following the product's instructions. Ensure all cleaner residue is removed.
- Accessories: Wash the grill rack and drip tray in warm, soapy water. They are not dishwasher safe. Rinse thoroughly and dry before storing or reusing.
- Crumb Tray: The drip tray also functions as a crumb tray. Remove and clean it regularly to prevent grease buildup and potential fire hazards.
- Do not immerse the oven body, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
