1. Introduction

The FOREO LUNA 4 is an advanced 2-in-1 device designed for deep facial cleansing and firming massage. It features ultra-hygienic silicone and 16 adjustable intensities of T-Sonic pulsations, offering Gentle, Regular, and Deep cleansing modes. The device also provides lower-frequency firming massage routines to promote smoother and younger-looking skin, and enhances the absorption of skincare products.

3. Setup and Activation

3.1 Unlocking Your Device

Before first use, download the FOREO For You mobile app to unlock and register your device. Follow these simple steps:

1. Download the FOREO For You app on your mobile phone.
2. Log in to your account or sign up for a new one.
3. Add device (on the top of your screen).
4. Choose device series.
5. Press and hold the Power button to connect your device to the mobile app.
6. Fill in the purchase information.

Your device is now ready to use!

4. Operation

4.1 Deep Cleansing Mode

1. Dampen your face and apply your preferred cleanser.
2. Wet the LUNA 4 device.
3. Press the universal button once to turn on the device.
4. Choose between Regular, Gentle, or Deep Cleansing mode by pressing the corresponding buttons.
5. Gently glide the device in circular motions over your face and neck for 1 minute. The device will pause to indicate when to move to a new area.
6. Press the universal button once to turn off the device.
7. Rinse your face and gently pat dry.

4.2 Firming Massage Mode

1. Apply a thin layer of FOREO Serum to clean, dry skin.
2. Press the universal button once to turn on the device.
3. Double press the universal button to activate the Firming Massage mode.
4. Choose between Regular, Gentle, or Deep Massage.
5. Gently glide the back of the device in straight lines, moving upwards across your face and neck.
6. Access guided Firming Massage treatments on the FOREO app for personalized routines.
7. Press the universal button once to turn off the device.

5. Maintenance

1. After each use, rinse the device with soap and water.
2. Leave the device to air dry.
3. Ensure the charging port is clean and dry before charging.

5.1 Charging

The LUNA 4 uses a USB charger. Connect the charger to the device's charging port and a power source. A full charge can provide up to 600 uses.

• FOREO treatments should be comfortable. If you experience discomfort, discontinue use and consult your physician.
• For reasons of hygiene, do not share your device with anyone else.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Device Not Activating

• Battery is empty: Recharge using the USB charging cable for up to 2 hours until fully charged. Then restart your device by holding down the power button.
• Microprocessor malfunction: If the device cannot be switched off and/or interface buttons do not respond, press and hold the power button to restart the device.

7.2 Device Not Syncing to FOREO App

• Ensure that your device is fully charged and that your Bluetooth is turned on.
• Switch your Bluetooth off and then on again to try reconnecting.
• Close the FOREO app and then reopen it to start the process over.
• Delete and reinstall the application; perhaps the application simply needs to be updated.
• After deleting and reinstalling the application, make sure to restart your phone.
• Delete your phone's cookies and cache memory.
• Ensure that your mobile's operating system has been updated to the latest version.
