Troubleshooting
- Headphones not turning on: Ensure the headphones are charged. If the issue persists, try a different charging cable or power adapter.
- Cannot pair with device: Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing blue and red). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that the headphones are within range. Try forgetting the device on your phone and re-pairing.
- Sound quality is poor or intermittent: Check the distance between the headphones and your device. Ensure there are no obstructions. If using LDAC/aptX HD, verify your device supports these codecs.
- Active Noise Cancellation not working: Press the ANC button to ensure it is activated. Ensure the earcups form a good seal around your ears.
- Microphone issues: Ensure the headphones are selected as the input device in your call or meeting application settings.
