Maintenance
1. Charging and Battery Life
To maintain optimal performance, regularly charge your mouse. The rechargeable battery provides over 4 months of use on a full charge. Connect the mouse using the provided USB-C cable when the battery indicator signals low power.
2. Cleaning
To clean your mouse, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish or internal components.
3. Dongle Storage
When not in use or during travel, store the 2.4GHz USB dongle securely in its dedicated slot on the underside of the mouse. This prevents loss and protects the dongle from damage.

Troubleshooting
- Connectivity Issues: If the mouse loses connection or fails to pair, ensure it is fully charged. For USB dongle connection, try plugging the dongle into a different USB port. For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is on and try re-pairing the mouse by putting it into pairing mode.
- Cursor Tracking Problems: If the cursor is erratic or unresponsive, check the mouse's optical sensor for any obstructions or dirt. Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface; a mouse pad can often resolve tracking issues on reflective or uneven surfaces.
- Buttons Unresponsive: If buttons are not responding, check the battery level. If fully charged, try re-establishing the connection (Bluetooth or USB dongle).
- Accidental Tracking When Lifting: Some users may experience unintended cursor movement when lifting the mouse. Using a mouse pad can help mitigate this issue by providing a consistent surface for the optical sensor.
