Important Safety Instructions

Setup

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging. Verify that all parts are present: lamp base, adjustable arm with lampshade, and two GU10 halogen bulbs.
2. Insert Bulb: Gently twist one of the provided GU10 halogen bulbs into the socket located inside the glass lampshade. Ensure it is securely fastened.
3. Place on Stable Surface: Position the candle warmer lamp on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface, away from any flammable materials.
4. Place Candle: Place your desired scented candle (without lighting the wick) onto the center of the lamp's base.
5. Adjust Height: Loosen the adjustment knob on the lamp's vertical arm. Adjust the height of the lampshade so that the bulb is approximately 2cm (0.8 inches) above the candle's wax surface. Tighten the knob to secure the height.
6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet (110V-130V).

Operating Instructions

The MAKYTWOW Candle Warmer Lamp is controlled via an inline switch on the power cord.

1. Power On/Off: Press the power button (usually indicated by a circle with a vertical line) to turn the lamp on or off.
2. Adjust Brightness (Dimmer): Use the '+' and '-' buttons to increase or decrease the brightness of the halogen bulb. Higher brightness results in faster wax melting and stronger fragrance release.
3. Set Timer: Press the timer button (usually indicated by a clock icon) to cycle through the available timer settings: 2 hours (2H), 4 hours (4H), and 8 hours (8H). The lamp will automatically turn off after the selected duration.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Ensure the lamp is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning. Wipe the metal base and arm with a soft, dry cloth. The glass lampshade can be gently wiped with a damp cloth and then dried. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse any part of the lamp in water.
• Bulb Replacement: If the bulb burns out, ensure the lamp is unplugged and cool. Carefully twist out the old GU10 bulb and replace it with a new GU10 110V-130V 35W halogen bulb.
• Wick Trimming: Although the wick is not lit, it may absorb wax over time. If the wick becomes excessively long, you may trim it with scissors to maintain a neat appearance.
• Wax Disposal: After extended use, the top layer of wax may lose its fragrance. Allow the wax to cool and solidify, then gently scrape off the top layer to expose fresh, fragrant wax. Dispose of the old wax properly.
