5. Maintenance
Water Resistance (50M):
Your PINDOWS watch is designed with 50 meters (5ATM) water resistance, suitable for daily use, handwashing, swimming, and exposure to rain. However, it is crucial to observe the following precautions:
- DO NOT press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water.
- DO NOT wear the watch when taking a hot shower or using a sauna, as steam and hot water can compromise the watch's seals and lead to water mist entering the case.

Figure 5.1: 5ATM Water Resistance Applicable Scenes
This visual guide illustrates various scenarios where the PINDOWS Digital Sports Watch's 5ATM water resistance is applicable, including cold baths, handwashing, swimming, and use in the rain. It emphasizes that the watch is designed to withstand splashes and brief immersion in water, but not hot water or button pressing underwater.
Cleaning and Care:
- Wipe the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and sweat.
- For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
- Avoid using chemical cleaners, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish and components.
Storage:
- Store the watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Never put the watch under strong sunshine or near fire to avoid damage to the resin components.
6. Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions:
- Display is blank or dim: The battery may be low. The watch uses 2 batteries and Japanese imported movement and battery drive for accurate time and long battery life. If the issue persists after a battery check, contact support.
- Buttons are unresponsive: Ensure the watch is not in a locked mode (if applicable, though this model does not specify a lock). If buttons remain unresponsive, a soft reset might be needed (remove and reinsert battery, if comfortable, or contact support).
- Time is inaccurate: Re-set the time following the instructions in Section 3. If the watch continues to lose or gain time significantly, there may be an internal issue.
- Water mist inside the dial: This indicates a breach in the water resistance. Stop using the watch in wet conditions immediately and contact support for inspection.
If you encounter any quality problems with the watch, or are unclear about the settings after reviewing this manual, please do not hesitate to contact PINDOWS customer support. We are committed to providing satisfactory service and assistance with settings.
