Important Safety Information
Please read all safety and training information before using your ROJECO Dog Training Collar. Proper use is essential for the safety and comfort of your dog.
- Not for Aggressive Dogs: Do not use this product on aggressive dogs. If your dog is aggressive, consult a professional dog trainer.
- Proper Fit: Ensure the collar fits snugly but not too tightly. Two fingers should fit comfortably between the collar and your dog's neck. An improperly fitted collar can cause skin irritation.
- Avoid Prolonged Wear: Do not leave the collar on your dog for more than 18 hours per day. Prolonged wear can lead to pressure necrosis (collar sores).
- Skin Inspection: Regularly inspect your dog's neck for signs of irritation, redness, or sores. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.
- Charging Precautions: Use only a charging adapter with a parameter of 5V±1A. Higher current may damage the circuit. Ensure the charging port is sealed with the rubber cover when not charging, especially during water activities.
- Supervised Use: Always supervise your dog during training sessions.

Setup
1. Charging the Devices
Before first use, fully charge both the remote control and the receiver collar. Use the provided USB charger cable.
- Connect the USB cable to the charging port on both the remote and receiver.
- Plug the other end into a 5V±1A USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
- Charging indicators will show progress (e.g., blinking light). Once fully charged (approx. 2 hours), the indicator light will change or stop blinking.
- Ensure the rubber cover on the receiver's charging port is securely closed after charging to maintain its waterproof integrity.
2. Attaching Contact Points and Silicone Caps
Select the appropriate contact points based on your dog's coat length:
- Use long contact points for dogs with thick or long hair.
- Use short contact points for dogs with short hair.
Screw the chosen contact points into the receiver. Then, place the conductive silicone caps over the contact points to enhance comfort and prevent skin irritation.
3. Fitting the Receiver Collar
Proper fit is crucial for the collar's effectiveness and your dog's comfort.
- Place the receiver collar around your dog's neck, ensuring the contact points are positioned underneath, making direct contact with the skin.
- Adjust the strap so it is snug but not tight. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the collar and your dog's neck.
- The collar should not be loose enough to rotate around the neck.

- Regular Inspection: Periodically check the receiver collar and remote for any damage, especially the contact points and charging ports.
- Storage: Store the collar and remote in a dry, cool place when not in use.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your ROJECO Dog Training Collar, try the following solutions:
- Collar Not Responding:
- Ensure both the remote and receiver are powered on and fully charged.
- Check if the remote and receiver are on the same channel.
- Verify that the contact points are making proper contact with your dog's skin. Adjust the collar fit or use longer contact points if necessary.
- Short Range:
- Ensure there are no significant obstacles (e.g., thick walls, dense foliage) between the remote and receiver.
- Check battery levels on both devices. Low battery can affect range.
- Skin Irritation:
- Remove the collar immediately.
- Ensure the collar is not too tight and is not worn for more than 18 hours a day.
