4. Setup
The Uten Mini Exercise Bike requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps:

Leg Exercise:

Arm Exercise:
Place the exercise bike on a sturdy table. Sit in front of the table and place your hands into the pedal straps. Adjust the straps for a secure fit. Begin pedaling with your arms to engage upper body muscles.

Adjusting Resistance:
The exercise bike features an adjustable resistance knob located on the top of the main unit. Turn the knob clockwise to increase resistance for a more challenging workout, and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance for an easier session. There are 6 levels of resistance.

To reset the display values, press and hold the red button for a few seconds.
