Product Overview
The boly Electric Burr Coffee Grinder Model 801CG is designed to provide fresh, evenly ground coffee beans for various brewing methods. It features a conical burr grinding mechanism, adjustable grind settings, and a capacity for up to 12 cups of coffee.

- Coffee Bean Hopper: Holds whole coffee beans.
- Coffee Powder Container: Collects ground coffee.
- Conical Burr: Grinding mechanism for consistent results.
- Grind Setting Dial: Adjusts the fineness of the grind.
- Cup Selection Dial: Selects the desired amount of coffee to grind (2-12 cups).
- Power Button: Initiates the grinding process.
Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Clean: Before first use, clean all removable parts (coffee bean hopper, coffee powder container, lids, and burr) with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Wipe the main body with a damp cloth.
- Assemble:
- Place the Coffee Grinder Body on a stable, flat surface.
- Insert the Coffee Powder Container into its designated slot on the front of the grinder body. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
- Place the Coffee Bean Hopper onto the top of the grinder body. Rotate it clockwise until it locks into position.
- Ensure the Upper Blade Components (conical burr) are correctly seated within the hopper's base.
- Place the Coffee Bean Hopper Lid on top of the hopper.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operation
- Add Coffee Beans: Open the Coffee Bean Hopper Lid and pour whole coffee beans into the hopper. Do not overfill. The hopper has a capacity of approximately 200g (7oz).
- Select Grind Setting: Rotate the Grind Setting Dial to choose your desired fineness. The grinder offers 19 precise grind settings, ranging from Extra Fine to Coarse.
- Extra Fine: Ideal for Turkish coffee.
- Fine: Suitable for Espresso and Moka Pot.
- Medium: Recommended for Drip Coffee Makers and Pour-Over.
- Coarse: Best for French Press and Percolator.
- Select Cup Quantity: Rotate the Cup Selection Dial to choose the number of cups you wish to grind, from 2 to 12 cups. The grinder will automatically stop once the selected quantity is ground.
- Start Grinding: Press the Power Button to begin the grinding process. The blue light indicator will illuminate.
- Finish: The grinder will automatically stop when the selected amount of coffee has been ground. Unplug the appliance after use.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your coffee grinder.
- Unplug: Always unplug the grinder from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Empty: Remove the Coffee Powder Container and empty any remaining ground coffee.
- Remove Hopper: Rotate the Coffee Bean Hopper counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it from the grinder body.
- Remove Upper Burr: Carefully lift out the Upper Blade Components (conical burr).
- Clean Components: Wash the Coffee Bean Hopper, Coffee Powder Container, and the Upper Blade Components with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembling.
- Clean Grinder Body: Use the provided cleaning brush or a soft, dry cloth to remove any coffee grounds from the grinding chamber and around the lower burr. Do not use water directly on the grinder body.
- Reassemble: Once all parts are dry, reassemble the grinder in reverse order of disassembly. Ensure the upper burr is properly seated and the hopper is locked into place.

Troubleshooting
