Operating Instructions
1. Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located on the right side of the chair upwards while applying or releasing body weight. Release the lever at the desired height.

2. Tilt Lock and Tension Control
Pull the same lever (on the right side) outwards to enable the tilt function, allowing the chair to rock back. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position. The tilt tension knob, located underneath the seat, controls the resistance of the reclining motion. Turn clockwise to increase tension (firmer recline) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (looser recline).

3. Inflatable Lumbar Support
To activate the inflatable lumbar support, locate the airbag pump on the side of the chair. Squeeze the pump repeatedly to inflate the lumbar area to your desired level of support. To deflate, press the small button on the pump to release air.

4. Flip-up Armrests
The armrests can be flipped up 90 degrees to allow the chair to fit under a desk or for users who prefer an armless option. Simply lift the armrests upwards until they lock into the vertical position. Push them down to return to the horizontal position.

5. Swivel and Rolling
