4. Setup

4.1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Snom C300. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-A cable to the USB-C port on the speakerphone and the USB-A end to a power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The LED indicator will show charging status.

4.2. Powering On/Off

To power on the device, press and hold the Power button on the touch panel until the LED ring illuminates. To power off, press and hold the Power button again until the lights turn off.

4.3. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the Snom C300 is powered on.
  2. Press the Bluetooth button on the touch panel. The LED ring will flash, indicating it's in pairing mode.

4.4. Smart NFC Connect (for Android)

If your Android phone has NFC enabled, simply tap the phone against the NFC logo on the Snom C300. Your phone will automatically prompt you to connect via Bluetooth. Confirm the connection to pair instantly.

4.5. USB-C Connection

For a wired connection, use the provided USB-C to USB-A cable to connect the Snom C300 to your computer. The device will be recognized automatically as an audio input/output device, allowing for plug-and-play functionality.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Using the Touch Controls

  • Power Button: Press and hold to turn on/off.
  • Volume Buttons (+/-): Tap to increase or decrease the speaker volume.
