4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward. It is recommended that two adults assemble this bed frame. Clear a spacious area and lay out all components before starting.

4.1 Preparation

4.2 Assembly Steps

1. Attach Side Rails to Headboard: Connect the side rails to the headboard using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Do not fully tighten bolts until all connections are made.
2. Attach Side Rails to Footboard: Connect the other end of the side rails to the footboard. Ensure the upholstered panels face outwards.
3. Install Center Support Beam: Secure the center support beam to the designated brackets on the headboard and footboard. Attach the middle support legs to this beam. Adjust the foot pads on these legs to ensure even contact with the floor.
4. Tighten All Bolts: Once all main frame components are loosely assembled, go back and securely tighten all bolts.
5. Roll Out Slats: The wooden slats are connected by a strip of hook & loop fastener for easy deployment. Roll them out across the bed frame, ensuring they are evenly spaced and secured to the side rails and center beam (if applicable) using the hook & loop fasteners. Noise-reduction foam is pre-applied to the main beam and slats to prevent squeaking.
