Operating Instructions
- Pre-heating:
- Open the grill lid.
- Ensure the propane tank valve is fully open.
- Turn one burner control knob to the "HIGH" position.
- Press and hold the electronic igniter button (Twist Start electric ignition) until the burner lights. If it doesn't light within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes, and repeat.
- Once the first burner is lit, turn on the other burners to "HIGH" by rotating their respective control knobs.
- Close the lid and allow the grill to pre-heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the built-in thermometer reaches your desired cooking temperature.
- Temperature Control: Adjust the control knobs to regulate the flame size and maintain the desired cooking temperature. The built-in thermometer provides a temperature reading inside the grill.
- Cooking: Place food on the stainless steel cooking grates. The 3 burners provide even heat distribution for consistent cooking results.
- Shutting Down:
- Turn all burner control knobs to the "OFF" position.

Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your grill and ensure optimal performance.
- After Each Use:
- Allow the grill to cool completely.
- Clean the cooking grates with a grill brush to remove food residue.
- Empty and clean the grease collector/drip tray. This prevents grease fires and keeps the grill clean.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe down stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch the finish.
- Burner Maintenance: Periodically check burner ports for blockages (e.g., spider webs, food debris). Use a wire brush or paperclip to clear any obstructions.
- Storage: When not in use, especially during off-season or extended periods, store the grill in a dry, protected area. The foldable cart allows for compact storage. Consider using a grill cover to protect it from elements.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Burner fails to ignite | No gas flow; Clogged burner port; Faulty igniter | Check propane tank level and valve; Clear burner ports; Check igniter electrode and wire connections. |
| Low flame or uneven heat | Low gas pressure; Clogged burner ports; Regulator issue | Ensure propane tank is not empty and valve is fully open; Clean burner ports; Reset regulator by disconnecting and reconnecting. |
| Gas leak (smell of gas) | Loose connection; Damaged hose/regulator | Immediately turn off gas supply. Perform a leak test with soap solution. Tighten connections. Replace damaged parts if necessary. Do not operate if leak persists. |
