Setup Instructions
1. Receiver Placement and Connection (ACT-311B)
Place the ACT-311B receiver on a stable, flat surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Connect the external switching power supply to the receiver's power input and then to a suitable power outlet.

Connect the TNC antenna connectors to the rear of the receiver. For optimal reception, position the antennas vertically and away from metal obstructions. Use XLR balanced or 6.3mm unbalanced jack connections for audio output to your mixer or amplifier.
2. Handheld Transmitter Setup (ACT32H)
The ACT32H handheld microphone operates on 2 AA batteries. Open the battery compartment, insert the batteries with correct polarity, and close the compartment securely. Ensure the microphone's power switch is in the OFF position before inserting batteries.

Operating Instructions
1. Powering On
First, power on the ACT-311B receiver using the power button on the front panel. The backlit LCD will illuminate, displaying current settings. Next, slide the power switch on the ACT32H handheld microphone to the ON position.
2. Frequency Synchronization (ACT Function)
The ACT (Automatic Channel Targeting) function allows for precise and rapid frequency synchronization between the receiver and transmitter.
- On the ACT-311B receiver, select the desired channel group and channel using the control buttons. The LCD will show the selected group (GRP) and channel (CH).
- Press the ACT button on the receiver. The display will prompt for synchronization.
- Align the IR port of the ACT32H microphone with the IR sensor on the receiver (usually near the ACT button).
- The receiver will transmit the frequency information to the microphone, and the microphone's LCD will update to match. A successful synchronization will be indicated on both devices.

3. Monitoring and Adjustments
The receiver's LCD displays radio signal level, audio level, and the transmitter's battery level. Monitor these indicators during operation. An alert indicator will appear if signal disturbance occurs. The receiver features dual Squelch settings for NoiseLock and Pilotton to ensure clear audio transmission.
The ACT32H microphone also has an LCD displaying battery status, group, and channel. Ensure the microphone's power switch is locked during use to prevent accidental power-off.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surfaces of the receiver and microphone. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Battery Replacement: Replace the AA batteries in the ACT32H microphone when the battery indicator on either the microphone or receiver shows low power. Always use fresh, high-quality batteries.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, remove batteries from the microphone and store the system in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Antenna Care: Handle the receiver antennas carefully to prevent bending or damage.
