Operating Instructions

1. Adjusting Height

The stand features a telescopic pole for height adjustment. Loosen the quick-release lever on the main pole, adjust to your desired working height, and then securely tighten the lever. Ensure the stand remains stable after adjustment.

2. Using the 360° Rotating Clamp

The clamp allows you to secure your bicycle frame or seat post. Open the clamp by pulling the lever. Place your bicycle securely within the clamp jaws and then close the lever to lock it in place. The clamp can rotate 360 degrees, allowing you to position the bike at any angle for optimal access. To rotate, loosen the rotation knob, adjust the bike's angle, and then re-tighten the knob.

3. Utilizing the Magnetic Tool Tray

The integrated tool tray provides a convenient space for your tools and small parts. Its magnetic strip helps prevent screws and nuts from rolling away. Position the tray at a height that is easily accessible during your work.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe down the stand with a damp cloth after each use to remove dirt, grease, and grime. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Lubrication: Periodically apply a light lubricant to the telescopic pole and clamp mechanisms to ensure smooth operation.
  • Inspection: Regularly check all bolts, nuts, and quick-release levers for tightness. Ensure the tripod legs are free from damage and the rubber feet are intact.
  • Storage: When not in use, fold the stand for compact storage in a dry environment to prevent corrosion.

Troubleshooting

  • Stand is unstable: Ensure the tripod legs are fully extended and locked, and the stand is on a flat, level surface. Check that all connections are tight.
  • Clamp not holding bike securely: Verify the clamp jaws are properly aligned with the bike frame/seat post and the quick-release lever is fully tightened. Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the bike.
  • Telescopic pole difficult to adjust: Clean the pole and apply a small amount of lubricant. Ensure the quick-release lever is fully loosened before attempting to adjust.
