Setup

Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the radio's built-in 900mAh rechargeable battery. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the radio's charging port and a compatible USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• To Power On: Long press the SLEEP button located on the side of the radio. The LCD screen will illuminate.
• To Power Off (Complete Shutdown): Long press the SLEEP button again. This will turn off the radio completely and reset any temporary settings.
• To Power Off (Standby Mode): Short press the SLEEP button. The radio will stop playing, but the clock display will remain active.

Tuning and Band Selection

• Band Selection: Press the BAND button to switch between AM and FM frequencies.
• Manual Tuning: Use the TUNING arrow buttons (< and >) to manually adjust the frequency.
• Auto Search: Long press the MEM/SCAN button to automatically search for available stations. The radio will scan and stop on the next strong signal.

Volume Control

Adjust the volume using the VOLUME + and VOLUME - buttons located on the side of the radio.

Preset Stations

The radio can store up to 20 preset stations. To auto-search and save stations, long press the MEM/SCAN button. The radio will automatically scan and save stations to memory. To manually save a station, tune to your desired frequency, then short press the MEM/SCAN button. Use the M-/M+ buttons to select a preset number, then short press MEM/SCAN again to confirm. To recall a preset station, use the M-/M+ buttons.

Clock and Alarm Clock Settings

The radio features a digital clock and an alarm clock function.

• Setting the Clock: In clock mode, long press TIME/AL. Use TUNING buttons to adjust 12/24 hour system and time. Press TIME/AL to confirm hour, then adjust minute with TUNING buttons and confirm with TIME/AL.
• Setting the Alarm Clock: Short press TIME/AL on the clock interface. The alarm clock icon will flash. Long press TIME/AL to set the alarm time. Use TUNING buttons to adjust the time and TIME/AL to confirm.
• Closing the Alarm Ring: When the alarm is ringing, press TUNING to enter snooze mode (snooze icon flashes). The alarm will ring again after 5 minutes. To completely turn off the alarm, press any button except TIME/AL or TUNING.

Sleep Timer

The sleep timer allows you to set the radio to automatically turn off after a specified period (15-90 minutes). In radio mode, long press the SLEEP button. Use the TUNING buttons to adjust the power-off time. Press SLEEP again to confirm the setting.

Lock Function

To prevent accidental button presses, use the lock function. Long press the LOCK/ST button. The display will show a lock icon, and other buttons will be unresponsive. Long press LOCK/ST again to unlock the radio.

Earphone Use

For private listening, plug any standard 3.5mm earphones into the earphone jack located on the top of the radio. The radio's speaker will automatically mute when earphones are connected.

Maintenance

• Clean the radio with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
