2. Important Safety Information

• Compatible Cookware: Use only induction-ready cookware made of steel, cast iron, enameled iron, or stainless steel with a flat bottom. Non-magnetic materials like aluminum, ceramic, copper, or glass are not compatible. An "E0" code indicates incompatible cookware.
• Child Safety Lock: The cooktop is equipped with a child safety lock function to prevent accidental operation.
• Overheat Protection: The cooktop features an overheat protection function to prevent damage from excessive temperatures.
• Residual Heat Indicator: An "H" warning indicates that the cooktop surface is hot after use. Avoid touching the surface until the indicator disappears.

4. Setup and Installation

The GTKZW Induction Cooktop is designed for built-in installation. Ensure proper ventilation and electrical connections are made by a certified professional.

4.1 Dimensions and Cutout

The product dimensions are approximately 30 x 20 x 3 inches (76.2 x 50.8 x 7.6 cm). Refer to the diagram below for precise cutout dimensions for built-in installation.

4.2 Electrical Connection

This appliance requires a 220-240V hardwired connection. It does not come with a plug. Consult a qualified electrician for safe and compliant installation.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel Overview

The cooktop features an LED sensor touch control panel for intuitive operation. The main controls include power on/off, individual burner selection, power level adjustment (+/-), timer, and child lock.

5.2 Power Level Adjustment

The cooktop offers 9 power levels (P1-P9) for precise heat control. Simply select the desired burner and adjust the power using the touch slider or +/- buttons.

5.3 Using Bridge Zones

The two bridge elements can be combined to create a larger cooking surface, perfect for oversized pots, griddles, or rectangular pans. This feature allows for versatile cooking options like grilling a whole fish or multiple items simultaneously.

5.4 Timer Function

Set a cooking timer for up to 99 minutes. The cooktop will automatically turn off the selected burner(s) once the timer expires.

5.5 Child Lock Function

Activate the child lock to prevent accidental changes to settings or unintended operation, enhancing kitchen safety.
