The VTech RM5764HD Smart Wi-Fi Video Baby Monitor allows you to check in on your little one from virtually anywhere—at home or remotely on your smart device. Watch your child in real time on the 5" parent unit in High Definition, or on the MyVTech Baby app. When viewing on your iOS or Android device, experience crystal-clear, high-definition video. The camera pans up to 360 degrees side-to side, tilts up to 80 degrees up and down, and zooms up to 10 times with mobile app or 4 times from the viewer. This camera features soothing sounds and lullabies that play right from the camera unit to help baby sleep tight. Even after dark, you’ll be able to see your baby clearly thanks to automatic infrared night vision. Plus the built-in temperature sensor will let you know with an alert if the nursery is getting too hot or cold so you can adjust the thermostat.

3. Setup
3.1. Power Connection
Connect one AC adaptor to the baby unit and the other to the parent unit. Ensure both units are plugged into a power outlet.
3.2. Initial Pairing
The baby unit and parent unit are pre-linked. If they do not link automatically, refer to the troubleshooting section.
3.3. Mobile App Setup (Optional)
Download the MyVTech Baby Pro app from your device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your baby unit for remote monitoring.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Viewing Your Baby
The 5-inch parent unit provides a 720p HD display for local viewing. For 1080p Full HD remote viewing, use the MyVTech Baby Pro app on your iOS or Android device.

4.2. Pan, Tilt, and Zoom
The camera offers 360-degree pan and 80-degree tilt functionality. Use the directional buttons on the parent unit to adjust the camera's view. Digital zoom is available up to 4X on the parent unit and up to 10X via the mobile app.

4.6. Motion Detection and Temperature Sensor
The baby unit features motion detection with triggered recording, alerting you to movement and saving video clips. A built-in temperature sensor monitors the nursery's temperature and provides alerts if it goes outside a set range.

The parent unit contains a rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery. For optimal battery life, avoid extreme temperatures and store in a cool, dry place.
6. Troubleshooting
6.1. No Link / Out of Range
Ensure both units are powered on and within range. Move the parent unit closer to the baby unit. Check for interference from other electronic devices.
6.2. No Picture / Poor Picture Quality
Check power connections. Adjust the camera's position. Ensure adequate lighting for night vision.
6.3. No Sound / Poor Sound Quality
Adjust the volume on the parent unit. Ensure the microphone on the baby unit is not obstructed.
