1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective use of your LAREX B001 Bottle Warmer. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference. 2. Important Safety Information

To ensure safe operation and prevent injury or damage, always follow these basic safety precautions:

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.

4. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 General Operation

  • Power On/Off: Press the power button (usually indicated by a circle with a vertical line) to turn the unit on or off.
  • Mode Selection: Use the mode buttons (e.g., "Fast", "24H", "Food", "Sterilize") to select the desired function.
  • Adjust Settings: Use the up/down arrow buttons to adjust time or temperature settings as needed.

5.2 Fast Warming (Breastmilk & Formula)

This mode quickly warms milk to a comfortable feeding temperature.

  1. Place the bottle containing breastmilk or formula into the warmer.
  2. Ensure the water level in the chamber is appropriate for the bottle size.
  3. Press the "Fast" button. The display will show a default warming time.
  4. Adjust the warming time using the up/down arrows if necessary, based on milk volume and starting temperature (e.g., refrigerated vs. room temperature).
  5. The warmer will begin the heating cycle. It typically takes 2.5-7 minutes.
  6. Once complete, the unit will beep 5 times and automatically power off.
  7. Carefully remove the bottle and always test the milk temperature on your wrist before feeding.

5.3 24H Keep Warm

This mode maintains milk at a preset temperature for up to 24 hours, ideal for night feedings.

  1. Place the bottle with milk into the warmer.
  2. Press the "24H" button. The display will show a default temperature.
  3. Adjust the desired temperature using the up/down arrows. A common feeding temperature is around 98-104°F (37-40°C).
  4. The warmer will heat the milk to the set temperature and maintain it for up to 24 hours.
  5. Always test the milk temperature before feeding.

5.4 Thawing Frozen Breastmilk

The warmer can gently thaw frozen breastmilk to preserve nutrients.

  1. Place the frozen breastmilk bag or bottle into the warmer.
  2. Select the "24H" mode and set a lower temperature (e.g., around 86°F / 30°C) for gradual thawing.
  3. Monitor the thawing process. Once thawed, you can switch to a warming mode if needed.
  4. Do not refreeze thawed breastmilk.

5.5 Food Heating

This function allows for warming baby food jars.

  1. Place the baby food jar (without lid) into the warmer.
  2. Press the "Food" button. The display will show a default temperature.
  3. Adjust the desired temperature using the up/down arrows.
  4. The warmer will heat the food. Stir the food thoroughly after warming and always test the temperature before feeding.

5.6 Sterilizing (Deep Cleaning)

The warmer can generate steam to deep clean bottles and nipples.

  1. Place clean bottles, nipples, or small accessories into the warmer.
  2. Add a small amount of water to the chamber (refer to specific instructions for water volume for sterilization).
  3. Place the lid securely on the warmer.
  4. Press the "Sterilize" button. The unit will heat water to create 212°F (100°C) steam.
  5. Allow the cycle to complete. Be cautious when opening the lid due to hot steam.
  6. Use tongs to remove hot items.

5.7 Timer and Temperature Setting

The digital display allows for precise control over warming duration and temperature.

  • Timer: Primarily used in "Fast" warming mode to set the duration of the heating cycle.
  • Temperature Setting: Used in "24H Keep Warm" and "Food" heating modes to set the target temperature.
  • Use the up/down arrow buttons to adjust values. The unit features a memory function that retains your last setting for convenience.

5.8 Bottle Compatibility

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the warmer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
  3. Interior Cleaning: The water chamber can be wiped with a damp cloth. For thorough cleaning, use a soft brush.
  4. Accessories: The lid and bottle basket should be hand washed with warm, soapy water and rinsed thoroughly. They are not dishwasher safe.
  5. Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up in the water chamber. To descale, mix 2 oz (60ml) of white vinegar with 4 oz (120ml) of cold water and pour into the water chamber. Let it stand for 30 minutes, then pour out the solution. Rinse the chamber thoroughly with clean water several times.
  6. Storage: Store the clean and dry warmer in a cool, dry place when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting
