2. What's Included

3. Setup

3.1. Battery Installation and Charging

  1. Open the battery compartment cover located at the bottom of the camera.
  2. Insert the rechargeable battery, ensuring the correct polarity as indicated inside the compartment.
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.
  4. Connect the camera to the charger using the provided Mini USB cable. Plug the charger into a power outlet. The charging indicator light will illuminate.
  5. Allow the battery to fully charge before first use. A full charge typically takes approximately 2-3 hours.

3.2. SD Card Installation and Formatting

  1. Locate the SD card slot, usually next to the battery compartment.
  2. Insert the provided 32GB SD card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.
  3. Turn on the camera.
  4. Navigate to the camera's settings menu.
  5. Select the "Format SD Card" option and confirm. This will erase all data on the card and prepare it for use with your camera.

4. Operating the Camera

4.1. Basic Controls and Interface

Familiarize yourself with the camera's buttons and the 3-inch LCD screen. The screen displays shooting information, menu options, and live view.

4.2. Taking Photos
