Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your earbuds and charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a compatible USB power source. The LED indicators on the case will show charging status.

2. Wearing the Earbuds

Select the eartips that provide the most comfortable and secure fit for your ears. Gently insert each earbud into your ear canal and twist slightly to ensure a snug fit. Proper fit is crucial for optimal sound quality and noise cancellation.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure your device's Bluetooth is turned on.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode (indicated by flashing LED lights).
3. On your device, search for "NC1" in the Bluetooth device list and select it to connect.
4. Once connected, the earbuds will indicate successful pairing.

After the first successful connection, the earbuds will auto-pair with your device when the charging case is opened.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically power off.

2. Touch Controls

The JOYWISE NC1 earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud:

• Play/Pause Music: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Song: Double tap on the right earbud.
• Previous Song: Double tap on the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap on the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap on the left earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds (when not on a call).

3. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) & Transparency Mode

• Switch Modes: Press and hold the touch panel on either earbud for 2 seconds to cycle between Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency Mode, and Normal Mode.
• Active Noise Cancellation: Reduces external noise for an immersive audio experience.
• Transparency Mode: Allows ambient sounds to pass through, keeping you aware of your surroundings.
