3. Product Overview
The FULLJA 11-inch 2K Smart Digital Picture Frame features an 11-inch IPS touchscreen display with 2176x1600 resolution. It supports 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi for wireless photo and video sharing. The frame includes 32GB of internal memory and offers various customizable settings.

4. Setup
4.1 Powering On
- Connect the power adapter to the DC port on the back of the frame.
- Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.
- The frame will automatically power on and display the startup screen.
4.2 Connecting to Wi-Fi
A stable Wi-Fi connection is required for sharing photos and videos via the app or email.
- On the frame's touchscreen, navigate to Settings.
- Select Wi-Fi.
- Choose your desired 2.4G or 5G Wi-Fi network from the list.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password and tap Connect.
- Once connected, a Wi-Fi icon will appear on the screen.
4.3 App Installation and Pairing
The dedicated VPhoto app allows you to manage and send photos remotely.
- Download the VPhoto app from your smartphone's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store).
- Open the VPhoto app and create an account or log in.
- On your FULLJA frame, go to Settings > My Frame (or similar option to find the frame ID).
- In the VPhoto app, select Add Device and enter the unique Frame ID displayed on your digital picture frame.
- Confirm the pairing request on your digital picture frame.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Uploading Photos and Videos
You can upload media to your frame using the VPhoto app or via email.
- Via VPhoto App: Open the VPhoto app on your smartphone, select the frame, choose photos/videos from your gallery, and tap Send.
- Via Email: Each frame has a unique email address. You can find this in the frame's settings. Send photos/videos as attachments to this email address.

5.2 Display Settings
Customize how your photos and videos are displayed.
- Slideshow Mode: Adjust interval, transition effects, and order of photos. Access these settings by tapping the screen during a slideshow.
- Brightness: Adjust screen brightness in the Settings menu to suit your environment.
- Sleep Mode: Schedule the frame to turn off and on automatically at specific times to conserve energy.

5.3 Customization Options
Enhance your frame's functionality with additional features:
- Music: Play background music during slideshows.
- Weather & Calendar: Display current weather information and a calendar.
- Captions: Add text captions to your photos.
5.4 Motion Sensor
The integrated motion sensor can automatically activate the display when movement is detected, and turn it off when no one is around. This feature can be enabled or disabled in the Settings menu.
6. Storage Management
The frame comes with 32GB of internal memory. You can also expand storage using an SD card (up to 64GB).
- To view available storage, go to Settings > Storage.
- To insert an SD card, locate the SD card slot on the frame and gently insert the card until it clicks into place.
- You can manage files, including deleting photos/videos, directly from the frame's interface or through the VPhoto app.

7. Troubleshooting
