4. Setup and Assembly
Assembly is straightforward and typically takes 10-15 minutes. All necessary hardware and tools are included.
- Attach the casters to the star base by pushing them firmly into the holes at the end of each leg.
- Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.
- Attach the mechanism plate to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
- Attach the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws.
- Attach the backrest to the mechanism plate and armrests using the remaining screws.
- Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Height Adjustment
To adjust the chair height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat upwards. While holding the lever, stand up to raise the chair or remain seated to lower it. Release the lever to lock the chair at the desired height.
5.2. 4D Armrest Adjustment
The 4D armrests offer multiple adjustment options for optimal comfort:
- Height Adjustment: Press the button on the side of the armrest support and move the armrest up or down. Release the button to lock.
- Forward/Backward: Slide the armrest pad forward or backward.
- Left/Right: Slide the armrest pad left or right.
- Rotation: Rotate the armrest pad inwards or outwards.

5.3. Lumbar Support Adjustment
The adjustable lumbar support can be moved up or down to provide tailored support for your lower back. Locate the lumbar support pad on the backrest and gently slide it to your preferred height.

5.4. Tilt and Rocking Function
The chair features a tilt and rocking mechanism for added comfort:
- Activate Tilt: Pull the height adjustment lever outwards to unlock the tilt function. The chair back can now rock between 110-135 degrees.
- Lock Tilt: Push the height adjustment lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position.
- Tilt Tension: Adjust the resistance of the rocking motion by turning the round tension knob located underneath the seat. Turn clockwise to increase tension (stiffer rock) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (looser rock).

6. Maintenance

- Casters not rolling smoothly: Inspect casters for trapped debris (hair, lint) and clean them. Ensure they are securely inserted into the base.
- Squeaking noises: Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving parts or connection points, especially where metal components meet.
