Product Overview

The FEETMOR Heated Ankle Wrap is designed to provide deep thermal therapy to the ankle and foot area. This cordless, rechargeable device can assist in alleviating muscle stiffness, foot pain, and muscle tension, and may promote blood circulation. Its portable design allows for use at home or on the go.

Setup Instructions

1. Charge the Battery: Fully charge the provided Lithium Polymer battery using the included 8.4V USB charger. The charger has a 57-inch long power cord.
2. Insert Battery: Locate the three-dimensional pocket on the ankle wrap and insert the fully charged battery.
3. Wear the Wrap: Position the ankle wrap around your foot and ankle. Use the adjustable straps to secure it comfortably.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Temperature Control

• Power On: Long press the power button on the controller for 3-5 seconds to turn the device on. The switch will light up red for 3 seconds to display the remaining battery power.
• Adjust Temperature: Each short press of the power button will cycle through the temperature settings:
  • Red Light: High level (70℃/158℉ to 85℃/185℉)
  • Green Light: Medium level (55℃/131℉ to 70℃/158℉)
  • Blue Light: Low level (40℃/104℉ to 55℃/131℉)
• Power Off: Long press the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn the device off.

Intelligent Temperature Control Protection

• For safety, when the High (Red) temperature setting is selected, the device will automatically switch to the Medium (Green) setting after 5 minutes. To continue using the High setting, manually re-select it.
• The battery indicator will flash when the battery level drops below 25%, signaling that recharging is needed.

• Battery Indicator Flashing: A flashing battery indicator means the battery level is below 25% and requires recharging.
• Inconsistent Heat: Ensure the wrap is securely fitted to allow proper contact with the skin. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
