Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your YMOO B06T1Q1, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Cannot pair with Bluetooth headphones/speakers. | Ensure both the YMOO B06T1Q1 and your audio device are in pairing mode (flashing blue/red LED on B06T1Q1). Make sure no other devices are connected to either. Power cycle both devices and try again. |
| Significant audio delay (latency) when watching TV. | This device supports aptX Low Latency. For minimal delay, your Bluetooth headphones must also support aptX Low Latency. Airpods, Bose, and some Sony headsets may not support aptX-LL, leading to noticeable delay. Dual link mode also increases latency. |
| Audio cutting out or unstable connection. | Ensure the device is within the effective range (100ft RX, 50ft TX without obstacles; less with walls/routers). Minimize interference from other wireless devices. Ensure the device is fully charged. |
| No sound or low volume. | Check all cable connections. Ensure the volume on both the YMOO B06T1Q1 and the connected audio device/source is turned up. In TX mode, ensure the source device's audio output is not too low. |
| Interference during flight or when TV is on. | It is recommended to pair the headset with the B06T1Q1 before boarding the plane or turning on the TV, then connect the B06T1Q1 directly to the TV's 3.5mm audio interface. |
| Device not suitable for certain headphones/instruments. | The B06T1Q1 is not suitable for Airpods Pro/Gen/Max, some Sony Bluetooth headsets, and music instruments such as guitars. Refer to the compatibility table below. |
