The Aspire Vilter S Pod System consists of the main device body and a refillable pod cartridge.

• Device Body: Features a 500 mAh built-in battery, a 0.96-inch OLED display, a firing button, and a USB Type-C charging port. It is made from zinc alloy.
• Pod Cartridge: Has a 2 ml e-liquid capacity and a fixed 1.0 Ohm coil. It utilizes a bottom-fill system and connects magnetically to the device.
• Mouthpiece Options: Choose between the standard POM drip tip or the paper filter mouthpiece for a cigarette-like draw.

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Device

1. Locate the USB Type-C charging port at the bottom of the device.
2. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the device and plug the other end into a suitable USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
3. The OLED screen will display the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 60 minutes.
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the device from the charging cable.

5.2 Filling the Pod Cartridge

1. Remove the pod cartridge from the device.
2. Locate the silicone stopper at the bottom of the pod.
3. Carefully lift the stopper to reveal the filling port.
4. Insert the nozzle of your e-liquid bottle into the filling port and slowly fill the pod with up to 2 ml of e-liquid.
5. Securely close the silicone stopper.
6. Important: If filling a new pod for the first time, wait 5-10 minutes after filling to allow the coil to become fully saturated with e-liquid. This prevents dry hits and extends coil life.

5.3 Installing the Pod Cartridge

1. Ensure the pod cartridge is filled with e-liquid.
2. Align the pod cartridge with the pod slot on the device.
3. Gently push the pod into the slot until it clicks or magnetically secures into place.

5.4 Attaching the Mouthpiece

1. Choose your preferred mouthpiece: either the POM drip tip or a paper filter.
2. Insert the chosen mouthpiece firmly into the top opening of the pod cartridge.

6. Operation

6.1 Power On/Off

• To turn the device on or off, rapidly press the firing button 5 times within 2 seconds. The OLED screen will indicate the power status.

6.2 Vaping

The Vilter S Pod System supports both button-activated and auto-draw vaping.

• Button Activation: Press and hold the firing button while inhaling from the mouthpiece.
• Auto-Draw Activation: Simply inhale from the mouthpiece without pressing any buttons. The device will automatically activate.

6.3 OLED Screen Display

The 0.96-inch OLED screen displays important information:

• Battery Level: Indicates the remaining battery charge.
• Puff Counter: Tracks the number of puffs taken.
• Working Mode: Shows the current operating mode (e.g., A for auto-draw, B for button, AB for both).

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning the Device

• Regularly wipe the device body with a clean, dry cloth to remove dust or e-liquid residue.
• Clean the contact points between the pod and the device with a cotton swab to ensure proper connection.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.

7.2 Replacing the Pod Cartridge

The pod cartridge has a fixed coil and should be replaced when you notice a burnt taste, reduced vapor production, or a change in flavor.

1. Remove the old pod cartridge from the device.
2. Dispose of the old pod responsibly.
3. Install a new, filled pod cartridge as described in Section 5.3.
