Product Overview

The Bigsmile Water Flosser is designed for effective oral hygiene, featuring a compact and portable design.

• Main Unit: Houses the motor, battery, and control panel.
• Water Reservoir: Detachable 200ml capacity for easy filling and cleaning.
• Nozzle/Tip: Directs the water stream for cleaning. Four tips are included.
• Power Button: Controls on/off and mode selection.
• Pressure Adjustment Strip: Touch-sensitive area for adjusting water pressure.

Charging Instructions

Before first use, fully charge the device. A full charge takes approximately 4-5 hours.

1. Connect the magnetic wireless charger to a USB Type A power source (e.g., a computer USB port or a compatible USB wall charger, not included).
2. Place the bottom of the water flosser onto the magnetic charging pad.
3. The indicator light on the flosser will show charging status (refer to the Quick Guide Card for specific light indicators).
4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for optimal use of your Bigsmile Water Flosser:

1. Fill the Reservoir: Unscrew the bottom water reservoir and fill it with lukewarm water. The 200ml capacity is designed for a single use. Reattach the reservoir securely.
2. Attach Nozzle: Insert a desired tip into the opening at the top of the flosser until it clicks into place.
3. Select Mode: Press the power button to turn on the device. The flosser has three modes:
   • Strong: For daily deep cleaning.
   • Pulse: For gum massage and improved circulation.
   • Gentle: Recommended for beginners or individuals with sensitive gums/teeth.
   Each mode has 8 levels of pressure, allowing for 24 selectable settings.
4. Adjust Pressure: Use the touch & slide control strip on the device to adjust the water pressure between 5psi and 160psi. Slide your finger up for higher pressure, down for lower.
5. Begin Flossing: Lean over a sink and place the nozzle tip into your mouth, aiming at the gumline at a 90-degree angle. Turn on the device by pressing the power button.
6. Guide the Water Stream: Move the nozzle along your gumline, pausing briefly between teeth. Ensure the water stream reaches all areas, including between teeth and around braces if applicable.
7. Finish: After approximately 1 minute of use, or when the reservoir is empty, turn off the device by pressing the power button. The irrigator will automatically stop after 2 minutes of continuous use to prevent idling.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your water flosser.

1. Empty Reservoir: After each use, empty any remaining water from the reservoir.
2. Clean Reservoir: The detachable 200ml reservoir can be easily unscrewed and cleaned with soap and water. Allow it to air dry completely to prevent mold or mildew.
3. Clean Nozzle: Remove the nozzle and rinse it under running water. Store the tip in the reservoir tip storage or use the silicone dust cover when not in use, especially for travel.
4. Wipe Down Unit: Wipe the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
5. Drying: Leave the reservoir open to dry out completely when not in use for extended periods.

The device is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can withstand water pressure at a depth of 1 meter. This allows for use in the shower, but proper drying after use is still recommended.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Bigsmile Water Flosser, consider the following:

• No Power: Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to the charger and check the indicator light.
• Weak Water Stream: Check the water level in the reservoir. Ensure the nozzle is securely attached and not clogged. Adjust the pressure setting using the touch & slide control.
• Water Leakage: Ensure the water reservoir is securely screwed onto the main unit and that the nozzle is properly inserted.
• Accidental Setting Changes: The touch & slide control is sensitive. Be mindful of hand placement during use to avoid unintentional adjustments.
