5. Setup and Installation

The ODDSAN LED mirror offers two power connection methods and can be mounted vertically or horizontally.

5.1 Power Connection Options

  1. Plug-in: Connect the mirror's power cord directly to a standard electrical outlet.
  2. Hardwire: For a seamless look, the mirror can be hardwired into your home's electrical system. This requires disconnecting the plug and connecting the mirror's wires directly to a wall switch or junction box. A professional electrician is required for hardwiring to ensure safety and compliance with local electrical codes.

5.2 Wall Mounting Instructions

The mirror is designed for easy installation using the provided brackets.

  1. Prepare the Wall: Determine the desired mounting height and orientation (vertical or horizontal). Mark the positions for the two mounting brackets on the wall. Ensure the marks are level and spaced correctly for your mirror's dimensions.
  2. Install Brackets: Securely attach the two mounting brackets to the wall using the provided screws and appropriate wall anchors (if necessary). Ensure the brackets are firmly fixed and can support the mirror's weight.
  3. Hang the Mirror: Carefully lift the mirror and align the long brackets on the back edge of the mirror with the installed wall brackets. Gently lower the mirror until it rests securely on the wall brackets.
  4. Connect Power: Once the mirror is securely mounted, connect the power according to your chosen method (plug-in or hardwire).

7. Maintenance

Proper care will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your LED mirror.
