Safety Information

• Do not overload the laundry bags beyond the stated capacity of 25 lbs (approximately 11.3 kg) per bag. Overloading may cause damage to the frame or bags.

• Keep out of reach of small children to prevent tipping or entanglement.
• Use the laundry sorter on a flat, stable surface to maintain balance and prevent tipping.

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your laundry sorter. It is recommended to loosely assemble all parts before fully tightening any screws to allow for easier alignment.

1. Step 1: Assemble the Frame Base
   Connect the horizontal bars to the vertical side frames using the provided hardware. Ensure the frame is stable and all connections are aligned. Do not fully tighten screws yet.

2. Step 2: Attach the Wheels
   Insert the 4 rolling wheels into the designated holes at the bottom of the frame. Two of these wheels have locking mechanisms; position these at one end of the sorter for convenient access.

3. Step 3: Hang the Laundry Bags
   Place the four removable laundry bags onto the top horizontal bars of the frame. Each bag has metal handles designed for hanging. The bags are labeled "DARK", "LIGHT", "COLOR", and "LAUNDRY" to facilitate sorting.

4. Step 4: Final Tightening
   Once all components are in place and the frame is properly aligned, securely tighten all screws using the provided tools.

Operating Instructions

1. Sorting Laundry: Utilize the labeled bags to separate clothes by type or color (dark, light, color, general laundry). The integrated side pockets can be used for smaller items such as socks or delicates.

2. Moving the Sorter: Unlock the two lockable wheels to move the sorter freely. To secure the sorter in a desired location, engage the locking mechanism on the wheels.

Maintenance

• Cleaning the Bags: The polyester canvas bags feature an inner waterproof coating. To clean, wipe them with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or tumble dry the bags, as this may damage the coating and material.

• Issue: Laundry bags are not fitting correctly or are sagging.
  Solution: Ensure the bags are hung properly on the frame's top bars, with the metal handles fully seated. Avoid overloading individual bags beyond their capacity.
