1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your TOAUTO TGF3000-V1.1 Electric Gold Melting Furnace. Please read all instructions carefully before use to ensure proper functionality and to prevent injury or damage.

2. Safety Instructions

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.

• The furnace must be used outdoors or in an open, well-ventilated environment. It is forbidden to use it in rain, snow, wet weather, or humid conditions.
• It is forbidden to use the furnace in crowded places. Keep away from people, houses, pets, and plants when operating. Minors are prohibited from using this product.
• A fire extinguisher must be present within 2 meters of the product. Irrelevant personnel are prohibited from approaching during operation.
• Check for malfunctions, rows, or cracks in the crucible before use. If any are found, stop using the unit immediately.
• The surface of the machine will reach high temperatures during operation. Take protective measures against high temperatures.
• Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including high-temperature gloves, safety helmets, and high-temperature masks.
• Prohibit contact with water during operation. It is forbidden to add anything to the molten metal.
• It is forbidden to cool down quickly after using the product and crucible. Allow them to cool naturally.
• Before pouring molten metal, the crucible should be preheated in advance.
• Gas is generated during the smelting process, which causes an increase in pressure and poses a danger. If the armor is full, open the lid and smelt.

4. Setup

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging and verify against the package contents list.
2. Placement: Place the furnace on a stable, non-combustible surface in a well-ventilated outdoor area, away from flammable materials and personnel.
3. Crucible Selection: Choose the appropriate graphite crucible (1KG or 3KG) based on the amount of metal to be melted. Refer to Image 4.1 for capacity details.
4. Power Connection: Ensure the furnace's power switch is in the OFF position. Connect the power cord to the furnace and then to a compatible 110V power outlet.

5. Operation

1. Power On: Flip the main power switch to the ON position. The digital display will illuminate.
2. Set Temperature:
   • Press the 'SET' button to enter temperature setting mode. The green display shows the set temperature value.
   • Use the numerical increase/decrease buttons to adjust the desired melting temperature.
   • Press 'SET' again to confirm the temperature. The furnace will begin heating.
3. Loading Metal: Carefully place the metal to be melted into the crucible. Ensure the crucible is properly seated inside the furnace.
4. Melting Process: The furnace will heat to the set temperature. The actual temperature will be displayed. Melting times vary by metal type and quantity (e.g., 40-55 minutes for gold, silver, copper, aluminum up to 1100°C).
5. Pouring: Once the metal is molten, carefully remove the lid using the provided tongs. Using the crucible forceps, securely grip the crucible and pour the molten metal into your desired mold. Always wear high-temperature gloves and other PPE during this step.
6. Cool Down: After pouring, return the crucible to the furnace or a safe, heat-resistant surface. Allow the furnace and crucible to cool naturally. Do not attempt to cool rapidly with water.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Ensure the furnace is completely cool and unplugged before cleaning. Use a dry cloth to wipe down the exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
• Crucible Inspection: Regularly inspect crucibles for cracks, wear, or damage. Replace damaged crucibles immediately as they are consumable items.
• Storage: Store the furnace and accessories in a dry, safe place when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your TOAUTO TGF3000-V1.1 furnace, consider the following:

• Furnace Not Heating: Check if the power cord is securely plugged in and the power switch is ON. Verify the circuit breaker has not tripped.
