1. Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the proper use and care of your VOLT PLUS TECH USB Type-C to HDMI 4K Cable. This cable allows you to connect a USB Type-C enabled device, such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop, to an HDMI-equipped display, television, or projector for video and audio output. It supports resolutions up to 4K (4096x2160) at 30Hz.

4. Setup and Connection

5. Operating Instructions

Once connected, your device should automatically detect the external display. You can typically configure the display settings on your source device:

• Mirror Display: The external display shows the same content as your source device's screen. This is often the default setting.
• Extend Display: The external display acts as an extension of your source device's screen, allowing you to have more desktop space. This is commonly used with laptops and desktop computers.
• Second Screen Only: The external display is active, and your source device's screen is turned off.

6. Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting

• No Display/Signal:
  • Ensure both ends of the cable are securely connected.
  • Verify that your display is set to the correct HDMI input source.
  • Check if your USB Type-C device supports video output (DisplayPort Alternate Mode). Not all USB Type-C ports support this feature.
  • Try connecting to a different HDMI port on your display or a different display altogether.
  • Restart your source device.
• Flickering or Intermittent Signal:
  • Ensure the cable is not damaged or excessively bent.
  • Reduce the display resolution or refresh rate in your device's settings to see if the issue resolves.
  • Ensure there are no strong electromagnetic interference sources nearby.
• No Audio:
  • Check your device's sound settings to ensure audio is routed to the HDMI output.

• Resolution Issues:
