3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Headphones
Before first use, fully charge your headphones. Connect the supplied USB-C charging cable to the headphone's USB-C port and the other end to a compatible USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 32 minutes and provides up to 30 hours of battery life.
3.2 Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the power button until the LED indicator turns off.
3.3 Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the headphones are powered off.
- Press and hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "V-Moda Crossfade 3" from the list.
- Once connected, the LED indicator will show a steady blue light. The headphones support Bluetooth 5.1 with Qualcomm aptX HD and AAC codecs for high-quality wireless audio within a 10-meter range.
3.4 Wired Connection
For the highest audio fidelity, use the included SpeakEasy 1-Button Cable. Connect one end to the headphone's audio jack and the other to your audio source. The wired connection provides a frequency response of 5–40,000 Hz and is Hi-Res Audio certified by the Japan Audio Society (JAS).

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
