2. Safety Information
WARNING: Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
- Always wear eye protection and protective clothing when working with batteries.
- Ensure the charging area is well-ventilated to prevent the accumulation of explosive gases.
- Do not charge frozen batteries. Allow them to warm up to room temperature first.
- Never smoke or allow a spark or flame in the vicinity of the battery or engine.
- Avoid dropping metal tools onto the battery. This could cause a spark or short-circuit the battery or other electrical parts that may cause an explosion.
- Disconnect the AC power cord from the outlet before making or breaking the connections to the battery.
- This charger is designed for 6V, 8V, 12V, and 24V Lead-Acid (GEL, AGM) and LiFePO4 Lithium batteries with a Battery Management System (BMS). Do not use it for other battery types.
- Keep out of reach of children.
3. Setup
- Unpack the Charger: Carefully remove the charger and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present.
- Inspect the Charger: Check the charger, cables, and clamps for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
- Prepare the Battery: Ensure the battery terminals are clean and free of corrosion. If necessary, clean them with a wire brush and a mixture of baking soda and water.
- Connect the Charger to the Battery:
- Connect the RED positive (+) clamp to the positive (+) battery terminal.
- Connect the BLACK negative (-) clamp to the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Ensure connections are secure.
- Connect to Power: Plug the charger's AC power cord into a standard 110V AC electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Voltage Selection
The Beleeb C15 charger supports multiple voltages. Rotate the 'LEVEL VOLT' knob on the front panel to select the appropriate voltage for your battery (6V, 8V, 12V, or 24V).

4.2. Intelligent Charging Program
The charger features an intelligent 4-stage charging program that automatically adjusts charging voltage and current based on the battery's status. This includes constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) charging, as well as zero voltage charging for troubleshooting low voltage batteries.
- Stage 1: Pre-charging - Pulse current charging to fully discharge battery cells.
- Stage 2: CC Charging - Constant Current, voltage gradually increasing.
- Stage 3: CV Charging - Constant Voltage, current gradually reduces.
- Stage 4: Recharging - Reinitiating charging when voltage drops to a set value.
The charger will automatically power off after the battery is fully charged, allowing for a 'connect it & forget it' operation without worry of overcharging.

4.3. 'H' Mode (High Voltage Pulse / Desulfation)
The 'H' mode is a high voltage pulse charging feature, also known as equalized charging. This mode is specifically designed to desulfurize and repair lead-acid batteries, balance individual cells within a battery pack (especially useful for golf cart batteries), and restore overall battery performance.
- When to use 'H' mode: It is recommended to use 'H' mode approximately once every 3 months to equalize the status of each battery, particularly in multi-battery systems like golf carts, to prevent rapid deterioration of individual batteries.
- How to use 'H' mode: Rotate the 'LEVEL VOLT' knob to the 'H' position corresponding to your battery's voltage (e.g., 6V H, 8V H, 12V H, 24V H).
- Caution: Monitor the battery temperature closely during 'H' mode charging. Stop charging if the temperature exceeds safe levels.

4.4. Indicator Lights and Display
The charger features indicator lights and a digital display to show the charging status and battery information.
- Red Light: Indicates the battery is currently charging.
- Green Light: Indicates the battery is fully charged.
- Digital Display: Shows real-time current (Amperes) and voltage (Volts) readings.
When the battery capacity reaches approximately 50%, the charging current will slowly reduce. Upon reaching 100% capacity, the current will reduce to zero, and the green light will illuminate.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Disconnect the charger from power and battery before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives.
- Storage: Store the charger in a cool, dry place when not in use. Ensure cables are neatly coiled and not kinked.
- Battery Maintenance: Regularly check battery terminals for corrosion and clean as needed. For lead-acid batteries, consider using the 'H' mode periodically for desulfation and equalization.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Charger does not turn on. | No power from outlet; loose power connection; internal fault. | Check power outlet; ensure power cord is securely plugged in; contact customer support if problem persists. |
| Charger not charging battery. | Incorrect voltage selected; poor battery connection; battery is severely discharged or damaged. | Verify correct voltage setting; ensure clamps are securely connected; try 'H' mode for desulfation on lead-acid batteries; battery may need replacement if severely damaged. |
| Battery gets hot during charging. | Overcharging; battery fault; high ambient temperature. | Disconnect charger immediately. Ensure correct voltage is selected. If using 'H' mode, monitor closely. Battery may be faulty. Ensure adequate ventilation. |
| Green light does not illuminate. | Battery not fully charged; charger fault. | Allow more time for charging. If battery is confirmed full by other means, contact customer support. |
