Maintenance
Water Resistance Guidelines
The NORTH EDGE Tank watch is water resistant up to 50 meters (5 ATM). This means it is suitable for everyday use and can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water, such as during swimming or showering.
- Important: Do not operate any buttons while the watch is submerged in water.
- Avoid exposing the watch to hot water or steam (e.g., hot showers, saunas, hot tubs) as this can compromise the water-resistant seals.
- After exposure to saltwater, rinse the watch with fresh water and wipe it dry with a soft cloth.

Cleaning Your Watch
Wipe the watch case and strap regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then wipe dry immediately.
Battery Replacement
The watch uses a CR2 button cell battery. When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it may be time to replace the battery. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure the water resistance seal is properly maintained.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Display is blank or dim. | Low battery. | Replace the battery. |
| Time is incorrect. | Time not set correctly or accidental button press. | Re-set the time following the "Initial Time Setting" instructions. |
| Water inside the watch or fogging. | Water resistance compromised (e.g., buttons pressed underwater, exposure to steam). | Stop using the watch immediately and take it to a professional for inspection and repair. Do not attempt to dry it yourself. |
| Buttons are unresponsive. | Watch may be in a locked mode or battery is very low. | Try pressing all buttons firmly. If still unresponsive, replace battery. If problem persists, contact support. |
