Setup
Before first use, please follow these steps to set up your Ozeri Touch III scale:
- Battery Installation: The scale requires 4 AAA batteries, which are included. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Open the compartment cover, insert the batteries according to the polarity indicators (+/-), and close the cover securely.
- Placement: Place the scale on a flat, stable, and level surface to ensure accurate readings. The scale features a retractable kickstand for upright display and hanging notches for convenient storage.

Operating Instructions
Weighing Function
The Ozeri Touch III scale is equipped with high-precision sensors for accurate weighing of ingredients.
- Power On: Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the scale. The LCD display will illuminate and show "0.0" or "0:00" depending on the mode.
- Unit Conversion: Press the UNIT button to cycle through available measurement units: ounces (oz), pounds (lb), grams (g), milliliters (ml), and fluid ounces (fl oz). The scale weighs from 0.1 oz to 22 lbs (1 g to 10 kg).
- Weighing Ingredients: Place the item to be weighed directly onto the glass platform. The weight will be displayed on the large LCD screen.
- Tare Function: To weigh multiple ingredients in the same container or to subtract the weight of a container, place the empty container on the scale and press the TARE button. The display will reset to zero. Add your ingredients, and the scale will display only the net weight of the ingredients.

- Clock Display: In its low-power state, the scale continuously displays the current time (12/24-hour format).
