3. Compatibility

This headlight assembly is a direct OEM fitment replacement for the following vehicles:

  • 1994-1998 Chevrolet C/K 1500/2500/3500 truck
  • 1994-1998 Chevrolet C10 Pickup truck
  • 1994-1998 Chevrolet Silverado
  • 1994-1998 Chevrolet Suburban

Important Note:

  • This product is designed for models with Composite Headlights only. It does not fit models with Sealed Beam Headlights.
  • Marker lights are not suitable for GMC vehicles.
  • This product is not suitable for 1988-1993 vehicle models.

4. Installation

The AS Headlight Assembly features a bolt-on, plug-n-play design for easy installation, typically taking 15 minutes or less per side. No modifications to the vehicle are required.

4.1 Required Bulbs (Not Included)

  • High Beam: HB3
  • Low Beam: HB4

4.2 General Installation Steps

  1. Preparation: Ensure the vehicle is turned off and the battery is disconnected for safety.
  2. Remove Old Assembly: Carefully unbolt and disconnect the wiring from the existing headlight, corner light, and bumper light assemblies.
  3. Install Bulbs: Insert the appropriate HB3 and HB4 bulbs into the new AS Headlight Assembly.
  4. Mount New Assembly: Position the new AS Headlight Assembly into the vehicle's housing. Bolt it securely into place.
  5. Connect Wiring: Reconnect the wiring harnesses to the new assembly.

5. Operation

6. Maintenance
