Maintenance and Cleaning
The Tefal Oleoclean Deep Fryer is designed for easy cleaning, with many parts being dishwasher compatible.
Automatic Oil Filtration
After each use, allow the oil to cool completely (to room temperature) before activating the filtration system. This typically takes several hours.
- Once the oil is cool, turn the oil filtration control knob to the "Automatic Oil Filtration" position.
- The oil will automatically drain and filter into the Oilbox below, separating food debris.
- Once filtration is complete, turn the knob back to the "Oil Box" position to seal the Oilbox for storage.
