Setup

1. Battery Installation

2. Micro SD Card Insertion

A Micro SD card (not included) is required for storing photos and videos. The camera supports Micro SD flash memory.

  1. Open the side port cover.
  2. Locate the Micro SD card slot.
  3. Insert the Micro SD card with the contacts facing the correct direction until it clicks into place.
  4. Close the port cover to protect against dust and moisture.

3. Charging the Battery

  1. Connect the camera to a power source using the provided USB cable.
  2. The charging indicator light will illuminate.
  3. Once fully charged, the indicator light will change or turn off.

4. Using the Waterproof Case

The camera is IPX8 waterproof up to 19.5 feet (6 meters) without the case. For depths up to 131 feet (40 meters), use the included waterproof case.

  1. Ensure the camera is clean and dry before placing it in the case.
  2. Open the latch on the waterproof case.
  3. Carefully insert the camera, ensuring it fits snugly.
  4. Close the latch firmly to create a watertight seal.
  5. Before first use in water, perform a leak test with the case empty.

5. Attaching Mounts

Various mounts are included to secure your camera in different scenarios. Refer to the specific mount instructions for proper attachment to handlebars, helmets, or other surfaces.

Operating the Camera

Power On/Off

  • To power on: Press and hold the Shutter/OK button for a few seconds.
  • To power off: Press and hold the Shutter/OK button again until the camera shuts down.

Mode Selection

Press the Mode button to cycle through the available modes:

  • Video Mode: For recording video footage (up to 4K at 60fps).
  • Photo Mode: For capturing still images (up to 20MP).
  • Playback Mode: To review recorded videos and photos.
  • Settings Menu: To adjust camera parameters.

Recording Video

  1. Switch to Video Mode using the Mode button.
