Setup
1. Gellet Hydration
Gellets are shipped in a dehydrated state. To prepare them for use:
- Open the Gellet packet (e.g., 10,000 Gellets).
- Pour the dehydrated Gellets into a large bucket or container.
- Add approximately 2 gallons of water per 10,000 Gellets.
- Allow Gellets to hydrate for at least 4 hours. They will expand significantly.
- Drain any excess water before loading into the hopper.

2. Battery Charging
The Surge XL features a built-in rechargeable battery. Use the provided USB-C fast charging cable.
- Locate the USB-C charging port on the blaster (usually near the handle).
- Connect the USB-C cable to the blaster and a compatible USB power source.
- A full charge takes approximately 45 minutes and provides 4 hours of play.
- Monitor the low battery indicator on the blaster.

3. Assembly
The Surge XL comes ready to blast out of the box with minimal assembly required.
- Attach the removable buttstock by sliding it into place until it clicks securely.
- Ensure the pre-loaded gravity-fed hopper is securely attached to the top rail.
- Attach the shoulder strap to the designated attachment points if desired.

Operating Instructions
1. Operating Modes
The Surge XL offers three adaptable blasting modes:
- Single: Fires one Gellet per trigger pull. Ideal for target practice.

2. Velocity Adjustment
Adjust the Gellet velocity from 250 FPS (high) to 170 FPS (low) using the included velocity adjustment tool.
