4. Setup

4.1 Initial Setup

1. Insert SD Card: The ARIFAYZ Q3 Dash Cam supports up to 128GB memory cards. For smooth recording, a PNY Class 10, U3 Speed Micro-SD card is recommended. Insert the card into the designated slot on the dash cam.
2. Format SD Card: When the memory card is inserted for the first time, it requires formatting via the companion app. This ensures proper functionality and data storage.
3. Connect via WiFi & App: Download the Peztio APP for Android or iOS. Connect your smartphone to the dash cam's built-in 2.4G WiFi network (named 'Pezio-Q3-XXXXXX'). The default password is '12345678'. Once connected, you can access live stream, download videos, and change settings directly from the app.

4.2 Installation

The ARIFAYZ Q3 Dash Cam is designed for simple windshield installation. Follow these steps for secure mounting:

1. Choose Location: Select a spot on your windshield that does not obstruct your driving view, typically behind the rearview mirror.
2. Clean Surface: Ensure the windshield surface is clean and dry before applying the electrostatic film and adhesive pad.
3. Apply Electrostatic Film: Place the electrostatic film on the chosen area of the windshield. This helps prevent adhesive residue when removing the mount.
4. Attach Adhesive Mount: Remove the protective film from the adhesive pad on the dash cam mount and firmly press it onto the electrostatic film.
5. Route Power Cable: Use the included car wiring trim tool and cable hiding clips to neatly route the 11.5ft Mini USB car charger cable along the edge of your windshield and dashboard to your car's cigarette lighter port.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Recording Modes

• Loop Recording: When the storage limit on the memory card is reached, new footage will automatically overwrite the oldest recordings. This ensures continuous recording without manual intervention. You can set the file length to 1, 2, or 3 minutes via the app settings.
• G-Sensor (Emergency Lock): The built-in G-sensor automatically detects sudden shakes or collisions. When triggered, it locks the current footage to prevent it from being overwritten during loop recording, providing vital evidence in case of an incident.
• 24 Hours Parking Mode: For continuous protection while your car is parked, the dash cam can automatically switch to parking mode. Collision detection can be triggered by impact, and time-lapse recording keeps recording continuously with low power consumption. Note: A Mini USB hardwire kit (ASIN: B0BFFGCMDZ) is required for this feature and is not included.

5.2 WiFi & App Control
