WARNING: Failure to understand and follow these instructions may result in serious personal injury, product damage, or property damage. Ensure all components are securely attached to the wall and TV. If you have any questions, please contact VIVO customer support.
- Do not install into drywall alone. The mount must be secured into a wood stud, concrete, or brick walls only.
- Ensure the mounting surface can safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 77 lbs (35 kg).
- Use only the provided mounting hardware.
- Always use a stud finder to locate studs accurately before drilling.

Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the safety and performance of your TV mount. Follow these steps carefully.
Wall Mounting Considerations
- The mount must be directly centered between studs. Studs must be equidistant from the center for the mount to be centered.
- Minimum stud spacing: 7.8 inches. Maximum stud spacing: 16 inches.

Mantel Clearance
Ensure adequate clearance above your fireplace mantel. Deeper mantels require higher mounting heights to clear the mantel in the down position.

Installation Steps
- Mark Drilling Holes: Use a stud finder to locate the desired mounting position on the wall. Mark the locations using the provided stencil. Predrill the marked locations.
- Drill Holes & Mount to Wall: Drill the pilot holes. Secure the mount to the wall using appropriate hardware for wood studs, concrete, or brick.
- Attach TV Plate: Remove pre-installed nuts and washers from the mount. Attach the TV plate to the mount using the removed nuts and washers. Press the front cover onto the TV plate.
- Mount TV & Secure: Carefully lift the TV and hang it onto the TV plate. Flip open the clips on the VESA brackets and reinstall the nuts to secure the TV.

Operating Instructions
Your motorized TV mount is operated using the included remote control.
Remote Control Functions

- Use the Up and Down arrow buttons to adjust the TV's height.
- Press the OK button to stop the movement at any desired position.
- The remote allows for a 101° pull angle and a height range of up to 23 inches.
- The mount also features swivel capabilities of +25° to -25° and screen leveling of +3° to -3°.
Cable Management
Utilize the integrated cable clips to keep all wires organized and prevent them from interfering with the mount's movement.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your TV mount.
- Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure.
- Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure cables are not pinched or obstructing the motorized movement.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your motorized TV mount, refer to the following common solutions:
- Mount not moving: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into both the mount and the wall outlet. Ensure the remote control batteries are functional.
- Intermittent movement: Verify that no cables are caught or obstructing the moving parts of the mount.
- Remote not responding: Replace the remote control batteries. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the mount's receiver.
- TV not level: Use the screen leveling adjustment feature if available, or consult the full manual for specific leveling instructions.
