Product Overview

The Anjielo Smart WiFi Halow Wireless Bridge Extender is designed to provide long-range, high-speed wireless communication, significantly improving signal strength and expanding network coverage. It operates in the 916.5 ~ 927.5MHz frequency band, offering strong penetration and diffraction capabilities, making it ideal for remote monitoring without the need for extensive network cabling. This device supports both Station (receiver) and AP (transmitter) modes, allowing flexible deployment for various applications.

• Parent-Child Machine & 2-in-1 Functionality: Supports Station mode (child unit/receiver) and AP mode (host/transmitter). In child unit mode, computers can receive Wi-Fi without wired cables. In host mode, the wireless child unit transmits WiFi signals to provide internet connectivity for smartphones, iPads, laptops, and other devices.

Setup

Pairing Transmitter and Receiver Units

To set up one transmitter and multiple receiver units:

1. Carefully open the bottom of the transmitter and receiver units to access the internal circuit board.
2. Attach the antennas and connect the units to a power source.
3. As shown in the diagram, the marked areas can be moved left and right. If the transmitter is tuned to the right, the receiver must be tuned to the left. Ensure the directions of the transmitter and receiver do not match initially.
4. Refer to the diagram and press the buttons. You must press the buttons on both the transmitter and receiver simultaneously.
5. Once the third light on both the receiver and transmitter illuminates, the setup is complete.

Note: If setting up one transmitter and two or more receiver units, select one unit as the transmitter and the rest as receivers. If there are too many transmitters, simultaneous pressing may not be possible. You can press the A button on the transmitter and receiver simultaneously, then the B button on the transmitter and receiver simultaneously.

Connecting to a Network (Receiver Mode)

To connect your device to the network in receiver mode:

1. Connect the LAN port of the PoE adapter to the LAN port of the slave bridge using an Ethernet cable.
2. Connect the LAN port of the PoE adapter to the computer or another router's LAN port using a separate Ethernet cable.

Initial Connection via Mobile Device

To connect your mobile device to the WiFi Halow extender:

1. Open your mobile device's network settings.
2. Locate the WiFi network named "AH-WiFi-XXXXXX" (where XXXXXX is a unique identifier).
3. Enter the default password "12345678". You can change this password later for security.

Operating Instructions

Outdoor and Long-Distance Applications

For outdoor use, the device can extend WiFi coverage up to 1000 meters in open areas. It is particularly effective for security monitoring systems, allowing IP cameras to transmit video over long distances without direct network cables.

Troubleshooting

Signal Loss or Instability

If you experience signal loss or instability, especially when the camera is far from the main unit, the signal might be weak. In such cases, ensure the WiFi repeater is properly paired and positioned optimally.

Resetting the Device

If the indicator lights are blinking or not illuminating, or if pairing fails, you may need to reset the device. Press and hold the reset/sync button for 10 seconds to re-pair the WiFi extender.
