Operating Instructions

Your SiFENE Juicer features a powerful 800W motor and a 3.2-inch wide feeder chute, allowing for efficient juicing of whole fruits and vegetables.

Speed Settings

The juicer has a 3-speed adjustment dial for different types of produce:

  • '0' (Off): Turns the juicer off.
  • '1' (Low Speed): Ideal for soft fruits and vegetables such as oranges, strawberries, mangoes, and watermelon.
  • '2' (High Speed): Suitable for hard fruits and vegetables like carrots, apples, pears, and cucumbers.
  • 'P' (Pulse/Highest Speed): Provides a momentary burst of maximum power for particularly tough ingredients or for quick cleaning. Release the dial to return to '0'.

The control dial allows selection of speed settings 1 (soft fruit/veg), 2 (hard fruit/veg), and P (highest speed/pulse).

Using the Wide Feeder Chute

The 3.2-inch wide feeder chute allows you to juice whole fruits and vegetables, reducing preparation time. For best results:

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
  • For larger items, ensure they fit comfortably into the chute. If not, cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Remove large seeds or hard pits from fruits like peaches, plums, or cherries.
  • Turn on the juicer to the desired speed setting.
  • Slowly feed the produce into the chute using the food pusher. Do not force the produce down, as this can strain the motor.
  • Allow the juicer to process the produce completely before adding more.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your juicer. All removable parts are BPA-free and dishwasher safe.

  1. Unplug the juicer from the power outlet before cleaning.
  2. Disassemble all removable parts: pulp container, juice cup, hopper & lid, middle ring, and strainer.
  3. Empty the pulp container.
  4. Rinse all removable parts under running water. Use the included cleaning brush to thoroughly clean the stainless steel strainer, as pulp can easily get trapped in the mesh.
  5. For a deeper clean, all removable parts can be placed in the top rack of a dishwasher.
  6. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
  7. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the juicer.
