Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the heating pad and controller from its packaging.
- Inspect: Check the heating pad and power cord for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
- Connect: Ensure the controller cable is securely plugged into the heating pad connector.
- Plug In: Insert the power plug into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
Using the Digital Controller:

- Power On: Press the 'POWER' button to turn on the heating pad. The display will light up.
- Adjust Heat Level: Use the 'HEAT' button to cycle through the 6 available heat settings (1-6). The current heat level will be displayed. Start with a lower setting and increase as needed for comfort.
- Set Timer: Press the 'TIMER' button to select an auto shut-off duration: 0.5 hours, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours. The selected time will be indicated on the display. If no timer is set, the pad will default to a 2-hour auto shut-off for safety.
- Power Off: Press the 'POWER' button again to turn off the heating pad. Always unplug the unit from the wall outlet when not in use.
Moist Heat Therapy:
For moist heat therapy, lightly dampen one side of the heating pad with a spray bottle or a wet sponge. Do not soak the pad. Ensure the pad is not dripping wet. Apply the damp side to the desired area. Moist heat can provide deeper penetration and more effective relief for some conditions.

Maintenance and Cleaning
The Zostuic Heating Pad is machine washable for easy care. Follow these steps:
- Disconnect: Always unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet and detach the controller from the pad before washing.
- Machine Wash: Place the heating pad in a washing machine. Use a gentle cycle with cold water (water temperature ≤ 90°F / 30°C). Do not use bleach or harsh detergents.
- Air Dry: Hang the heating pad to air dry completely. Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean. Ensure the pad is fully dry before reconnecting the controller and plugging it in.

Troubleshooting
