1. Important Safety Information

Please read and understand all instructions before assembly and use. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Maximum Weight Capacity: 250 lbs (113 kg). Do not exceed this weight limit to prevent injury or damage.
• Assemble with care, following all instructions provided. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened.
• Use rubber bumper pads (if included) to protect floors from scratches.
• Regularly check and re-tighten all bolts and connections to ensure stability.
• Do not use strong liquid cleaners on the upholstery. Refer to the "Care and Maintenance" section.
• Keep away from open flames or burning cigarettes.

2. Package Contents

Before beginning assembly, verify that all parts are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact customer support.

3. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly is straightforward and typically requires one person. It is recommended to have a clean, flat surface for assembly.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Locate the zippered compartment underneath the chair's seat base. Open it to retrieve the legs and hardware pack.
2. Prepare for Leg Attachment: Lay the chair body (seat base) upside down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
3. Attach Front Legs: Identify the four shorter M8*50mm bolts. For each front leg, place a spring washer, then a flat washer onto a bolt. Align the leg with the corresponding pre-drilled hole on the chair base. Insert the bolt and tighten it by hand until snug. Repeat for the other front leg.
4. Attach Back Legs: Identify the four longer M8*60mm bolts. For each back leg, place a spring washer, then a flat washer onto a bolt. Align the leg with the corresponding pre-drilled hole on the chair base. Insert the bolt and tighten it by hand until snug. Repeat for the other back leg.
5. Initial Tightening: Using the provided Allen key, tighten all bolts to approximately 90% of their full tightness. This allows for minor adjustments.
6. Adjust and Final Tighten: Carefully turn the chair upright. Place it on a flat surface. Gently press down on the seat and adjust the legs to ensure the chair is stable and does not wobble. Once stable, turn the chair upside down again and fully tighten all bolts to 100%.
7. Secure Compartment: Close the zippered compartment under the seat base.
8. Repeat for Second Chair: Follow the same steps to assemble the second chair.

5. Care and Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your chairs.

• Cleaning Upholstery: For general cleaning, wipe the corduroy fabric with a dry cloth. For spills or stains, remove the seat cushion and spot clean using a mild soap solution and a damp cloth. Avoid using strong liquid cleaners or abrasive materials, as these may damage the fabric.
• Cleaning Legs: Wipe the wooden legs with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
• Regular Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading of the upholstery.
• Protect Floors: Ensure the floor protectors on the chair legs are intact to prevent scratches on your flooring.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, refer to the following common solutions:

• Chair Wobbles:
  • Ensure all bolts are fully tightened.
  • Adjust the height-adjustable stoppers on the bottom of the legs to compensate for uneven floors.
• Difficulty Assembling Legs:
  • Verify that you are using the correct bolt lengths for the front (shorter) and back (longer) legs.
  • Ensure the legs are correctly aligned with the pre-drilled holes before tightening.
• Cushion Slips:
  • Ensure the Velcro fasteners on the underside of the cushion are properly aligned and attached to the seat base.
