Gameplay
Game Objective
The goal of Monopoly: Monster Jam is to be the last player remaining in the game after all other players have gone bankrupt, or to have the most assets (money, properties, Arenas, and Stadiums) when a predetermined time limit is reached.
Movement
On your turn, roll both dice and move your token clockwise around the board the corresponding number of spaces. The space you land on determines your action.
Properties and Rent
When you land on an unowned Monster Truck property, you may purchase it for the price indicated on the board. If you choose not to buy it, the property is put up for auction. If you land on a property owned by another player, you must pay them rent according to the Title Deed card. Rent increases if the owner has built Arenas or Stadiums on the property.

Racing Competition and Freestyle Competition Cards
Landing on a Racing Competition or Freestyle Competition space requires you to draw the top card from the corresponding pile and follow its instructions. These cards can grant you money, move your token, or impose penalties.

Building Arenas and Stadiums
Once you own all properties in a color group, you can begin building Arenas. Arenas increase the rent collected from other players. After building four Arenas on each property in a color group, you can upgrade them to a Stadium, which further increases rent significantly.
Winning the Game
The game ends when only one player remains solvent, or when a pre-agreed time limit is reached. The remaining player, or the player with the highest total asset value at the time limit, is declared the winner.
