This switch can simultaneously route one of the two HDMI input signals to two (2) UHD displays. The integrated Downscaler function supports displaying 4K content on Full HD screens, and both 4K and Full HD screens can operate simultaneously. This smart switch ensures no compromise on image and sound quality. 4K/UHD image signals are transmitted without loss, with HDCP 2.2/1.4, HDR, and 3D support. 5. Setup Instructions
- Power Off Devices: Before making any connections, ensure all HDMI source devices (e.g., Blu-ray player, game console) and display devices (e.g., TV, monitor) are powered off.
- Connect HDMI Sources: Connect your HDMI source devices to the HDMI IN 1 and HDMI IN 2 ports on the LogiLink HD0039 switch using high-quality HDMI cables.
- Connect HDMI Displays: Connect your HDMI display devices to the HDMI OUT 1 and HDMI OUT 2 ports on the switch using high-quality HDMI cables.
- Connect Power Adapter: Insert the 5V DC power adapter into the DC 5V port on the switch, then plug the adapter into a power outlet. The power LED on the switch should illuminate.
- Power On Devices: Power on your display devices first, then power on your HDMI source devices.
- Select Input/Output: Use the 'SOURCE' button on the front panel to select the desired input source (IN 1 or IN 2) and the 'SWITCH' button to toggle between output configurations.
6. Operating Instructions
The LogiLink HD0039 switch offers flexible control for managing your HDMI signals.
6.1. Switching Inputs
- Press the SOURCE button on the front panel to cycle between HDMI IN 1 and HDMI IN 2. The corresponding LED indicator (IN 1 or IN 2) will light up to show the currently selected input.
6.2. Switching Outputs
- Press the SWITCH button on the front panel to control which output ports receive the selected input signal. This switch allows you to send the selected input to OUT 1, OUT 2, or both simultaneously.
6.3. HDMI Version Selection
- A small switch labeled 1.4 / 2.0 is located on the front panel. This allows you to manually select the HDMI version. For 4K/60Hz content and HDR, ensure this switch is set to 2.0. For compatibility with older devices, you may switch to 1.4 if needed.
6.4. Audio Mode Selection
- The AUDIO button allows you to select the audio mode. Refer to the LED indicators (HIGH/LOW) for the current audio setting. This feature can be used to optimize audio output for different display capabilities.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.
