1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

Before using your Pathfinder 320 speaker, please read and understand all safety instructions. Keep this manual for future reference.

Do not expose the unit to extreme temperatures, humidity, or water (beyond its water-resistant rating).
Ensure all port covers are securely closed when near water to maintain water resistance.
Use only the specified charging voltage (DC 5V, 2A).
Avoid blocking ventilation openings.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the speaker for approximately 3 hours. A 5V, 2A USB adapter (not included) is required for charging. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-A cable to the speaker's USB-C charge port and the USB-A end to a compatible power adapter.

4.2 ION Sound Control™ App

For a more dynamic experience and advanced control, download the ION Sound Control™ App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app allows you to connect your phone to the speaker via Bluetooth and customize various settings.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

Press the Power button ( Power Icon ) located on the control panel to turn the speaker on or off.

5.2 Bluetooth Pairing

Upon powering on, the speaker will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Look for "PATHFINDER320XUS" in your device's Bluetooth settings and select it to connect. The Bluetooth icon on the display will illuminate when connected.

5.3 FM Radio

Press the SOURCE button to select FM Radio mode. Use the < and > buttons to seek stations. Press and hold PLAY/PAUSE to save preferred stations. Press PLAY/PAUSE again to cycle through saved stations.

5.4 USB Playback

Insert a USB drive into the USB-A port on the back panel to enter USB mode. Press PLAY/PAUSE to begin playback. Tracks will play in the order they appear on the drive. Use the < and > buttons to navigate tracks.

5.5 AUX Input

Plug any sound source into the AUX input using a 1/8" (3.5mm) cable (not included). Press the SOURCE button to select AUX mode. Ensure the source device volume is turned up.

5.6 Light Modes

Press the LIGHTS button ( Light Icon ) to cycle through different light modes (Beat Sync, Solid, Off).

5.7 Volume Control

Use the + and - buttons to adjust the volume. The current volume level will be displayed on the screen.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

6.2 Battery Care

To maximize battery life, always ensure the speaker is fully charged after each use, especially before storing it for extended periods. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
No power	Ensure the battery is charged. Plug the unit into a power source and allow it to charge for at least 3 hours.
No sound	Check the volume level on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct source (Bluetooth, USB, AUX) is selected.
Bluetooth connection issues	Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode. Try forgetting the device on your phone and re-pairing. Move closer to the speaker.
FM radio static	Adjust the speaker's position to improve reception. Try seeking a different station.
