  3. Click on each action (e.g., Green Button, Red Button, Strum Up, Strum Down) in the 'Keyboard' column.
  4. When prompted, press the corresponding button on your guitar controller to assign it. For 'Orange Button', press and hold the key for 1 second. For 'Select Button (Star Power)', tilt the guitar vertically.
  5. For 'Whammy Axis +', continuously press the whammy bar and release it once the setting is successful.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your guitar controller.

  • Cleaning: If the metal probe of the guitar rod appears white or black, indicating an oxide coating, gently wipe it with an alcohol cloth or eraser.
  • Storage: After playing, place the guitar flat on a desktop. Do not store the PC guitar vertically, as there is a bead explosion switch inside that can be activated, potentially causing computer abnormalities. If stored vertically, turn off the power switch promptly.
  • General Care: Keep the controller away from extreme temperatures, moisture, and direct sunlight. Avoid dropping or subjecting it to strong impacts.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your NBCP Wireless Guitar Controller, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • No Guitar Indicator Light:
Check if the positive and negative poles of the batteries in the guitar are installed correctly. Ensure the batteries are not depleted.
  • Rock Band Game Mode Not Working Properly:
Verify that the guitar is successfully switched to Rock Band game mode. The red light on the receiver should be on when in this mode.
  • Pressure Bar Has No Function or is Abnormal:
Do not touch the pressure bar before turning on the guitar's power switch. If this occurs, turn off the power switch and then turn it on again.
  • Guitar Stick Without Function:
Check if the metal probe of the guitar rod is oxidized. Ensure the position probe of the guitar rod connected to the main body is not bent or blocked. If oxidation is present (white or black appearance), gently wipe the metal probe with an alcohol cloth or eraser.
